Project tracking allows input of a specific project which then allows for reports of comments by project.

Use the easy to use label generator to manage company mailings to customers or other stakeholders of the company. Six user defined fields allows for selective listings or mail label generation.

If interfaced with the Open Systems Sales Order and Inventory module, quoting is made easy. Up to four different price break quotes for up to 999 individual items can be created and printed to be faxed or mailed to the customer. Once one of the quantity selections has been made, make it as ordered, note the requested ship date and a Sales Order is automatically created.

You have the ability to save all quotes to separate history, you will always be able to look back and see what you really did quote them the last time they ordered.

Simplified Customer Relations Management has an auto-syncronization feature with Open Systems Accounting Software Customer file, but comes with an user definable Import/Export utility to allow for data transfer To/From other popular databases.
